How often will it be updated?
The updating cycle varies from product to product. All content included on Bloomsbury Professional Online shows a publication date and/or a law stated at date.
How do I submit a comment or correction?
If you have any general or specific comments about our content or the site itself, please send an email to our online customer support team. Access Questions
I cannot access Bloomsbury Professional Online
Firms
If your firm is using IP recognition:
- it may be that a new IP address has been added by your firm which we do not yet recognise; or
- you may be outside your firm's network
If you are not using IP recognition:
- you may have entered an incorrect username or password or no longer have an active subscription.

Individual Customers

Is library card access available?
Libraries have the option to allow patrons to access the site using their library barcode. Please have your librarian or administrator to contact us for further details on setting up library card access.
Is Bloomsbury Professional Online accessible through Athens or Shibboleth?
Not yet, but we are considering enabling Athens and Shibboleth sign-on for a future release.

Is my web browser compatible with Bloomsbury Professional Online?
The site works well with most current and many legacy browsers. Please note that different browsers may render site features in a slightly or radically different way and that performance (page load time) may vary between browsers. The site has been tested with the following browsers.
