Author and Compiler - Dáibhí O’Leary

Our author and compiler, Dáibhí O’Leary is an associate solicitor at Arthur Cox working in the Company Compliance & Governance Group, having previously qualified as a chartered accountant with one of the top four accountancy practices where he specialised in auditing. Dáibhí has published a number of articles in the area of company law, corporate governance and Central Bank codes of practice.

Editor - Dr Thomas B Courtney

Our editor, Tom Courtney, is a partner and head of the Company Compliance & Governance Group in Arthur Cox. Tom is also the Chairperson of the statutorily appointed Company Law Review Group and is author of The Law of Private Companies (2nd edn, Bloomsbury Professional, 2002), Mareva Injunctions and Related Interlocutory Orders (1998, Bloomsbury Professional), and with Lyndon MacCann is a consultant editor of Companies Acts 1963-2009 (Bloomsbury Professional, 2010).
