The Autumn Budget 2018 took place on 29 October, and the resulting Finance (No 3) Bill 2017-19 was introduced to Parliament on 6 November 2018.

Purpose

The key objective of this tracker service is to keep busy professionals informed as to the progress of measures affecting individuals, the corporate and business sectors which were announced in the Autumn 2018 Budget and then published in the latest Finance Bill.

A very large amount of Budget and Finance Bill information is posted on government websites. This tracker helps users to navigate their way through what is available by providing links to access relevant documents in an ordered and structured format.

The tracker starts by alerting readers to amendments made in draft before the Bill is introduced. It will also provide an ongoing record of the Bill’s progress through Parliament to Royal Assent.
