EU One-Stop Shop for Cross-Border VAT

Last week, the European Commission adopted a proposal for a Council Regulation to amend Implementing Regulation (EU) No 282/2011. Following on from its Communication of 6 December 2011, the Commission called for a One-Stop Shop (OSS) regime for VAT on electronically delivered services.
