Court of Appeal dismisses appeal from the Special Criminal Court on the application of the Director of Public Prosecutions, and affirms sentences of five years for two offenders in relation to offences of possession of firearms and ammunition, on the grounds that they were not unduly lenient, in that allowance had correctly been given for pleas of 'not guilty no contest' which had shortened the trial, that the offenders were of previous good character, and that they had co-operated at the time of their arrest.
