The High Court, in defamation proceedings brought by a solicitor against an unincorporated association, orders the plaintiff to provide further particulars so that the defendants know in broad outline the case which they have to meet, and to make discovery of certain categories of documents relating to professional claims or complaints against the plaintiff.
