In re Kench-Andrews [2022] IEHC 417 (High Court (General), Butler J, 1 July 2022)

The High Court refused an application for a direction that an Irish will was not revoked by a subsequent will executed in the United Kingdom, on the grounds that: (a) On the face of the UK will, it revokes the earlier Irish will and applies to the entirety of the deceased's estate, including her property in Ireland; and (b) there was insufficient evidence before the court that the deceased did not intend to revoke the will.
