This title contains the conveyancing statutes that deal with both registered and unregistered land. These statutes are clearly presented, and range from the Statute of Uses 1634 to the Family Home Protection Act 1976, and include the Conveyancing Acts 1881–1911, the Settled Land Acts 1882–1890 and the Registration of Title Act 1964. All the legislation is consolidated up to 1999 with detailed annotations and cross-references to early editions of Irish Land Law, Irish Conveyancing Law, Landlord and Tenant Law and Irish Conveyancing Precedents.
