About the author

Lyndsey Keogh is a barrister practicing predominantly in the family law courts. She has significant experience in the District, Circuit and Superior Courts. She was the Family Law Course Co-ordinator and tutor for the Barrister at law degree programme from 2019 - 2022. Lyndsey is the Vice Chairperson of the Family Lawyers Association and the former Education Chair of the Family Lawyers Association where she was responsible for organising regular Continuous Professional Development events each month focusing on topics relating to family law. She has extensive knowledge of practice and procedure in family law across all jurisdictions having practiced almost exclusively in this area since 2013. She has a keen interest in practice and procedure. She is the author of Family Law: Practice and Procedure which is due to publish in early 2024.
