Division B Housing In reviewing the material in this Division relating to housing law it remains impossible to disregard the implications and legislative consequences of the UK Coronavirus Act, the Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 2020, the Coronavirus (Scotland) (No 2) Act 2020 , the Coronavirus (Extension and Expiry) (Scotland) Act 2021 and all the detailed regulations that have followed thereunder and, of course, the continuing pandemic which has given rise to them; reference to these will be made (in brackets) as they arise in relative paragraphs which follow; the emergency provisions of the 2020 Acts were originally due to expire on 30 September but were extended to 31 March 2021, were further extended to 30 September 2021 under the Coronavirus (Scotland) Acts (Amendment of Expiry Dates) Regulations 2021 and have now been extended to 31 March 2022 under the 2021 Act; many aspects of related laws have been impacted by these changes ...
