Section 2(1) of the Package Holidays and Trade Act 1995 - yes, that is genuinely a thing - defines a package holiday as being: (a) transport, (b) accommodation or (c) other tourist services pre-arranged by the organiser and sold at an inclusive price. This week's TOTW provides illumination.
